California public transit services face existential crisis with COVID-19 pandemic

“Prior to the Wuhan Virus ridership around the nation and in California has been taking a nosedive. Folks already knew that government buses and trains were dirty, diseased lade and a great place to watch crime, up front and personnel. As people because more financially secure under President Trump, the loss of ridership accelerated. Now that the “experts” tell us crowded government transports are a breeding ground for disease, folks will NOT come back to be harmed. Think you will get another bond or tax passed to finance these disease/crime carriers?”
