New Assembly Bill Would Limit Schools Of Any Coronavirus-Related Liability

“In the private sector, per government rules, if someone gets the virus, or falls down due to a banana, they will get sued. They have no government liability exemptions for the virus. Now we find the government schools are going to get an exemption if a child gets the virus at school. In other words, government is protecting itself from the rules the rest of us must live by.”
