San Jose Joins L.A./Oakland in ENDING Private Property Rights

“If you “own apartment complexes in San Jose, Oakland or Los Angeles, you may have the legal responsibility for the property. But, these cities have totally taken over the management of your properties—government, not the owner will control rents. In those and other cities, ordinances have been passed saying renters no longer have to pay rent for 90 days—and that can easily be extended to 120 or 360 days. In effect, bankrupting the owners and allowing greedy speculators to take over foreclosed properties.”
